OPX User Group Feedback Session at the Gherkin

Tomorrow we host our bi-annual, OPX User Group Feedback Session at the Gherkin. We welcome the likes of the Student Loans Company, HCL and Admin Re to join our own representative team, to present back to us and the other guests about their user experience of OPX, preferred features and how we might further improve the tool.
Not familiar with OPX?
OPX is our award winning, back-office workforce management solution, designed by our in-house team of software experts and championed by some of the financial industry’s key players.
OPX provides a holistic view of the back-office, in order to highlight and feedback any inefficiencies and errors, so that changes can be made and business performance can be optimised. These events therefore enable us to foster and promote the very ethos of OPX, by providing a platform for feedback and discussion, so that we may continuously enhance the software and its features for our customers.
This event provides an opportunity for the Corporate Modelling team to present the next steps for OPX, including its upcoming features.
The Student Loans Company:
is a government-owned organisation that provide loans for students. Student Loans were hindered by back-office inefficiencies due to the complex nature of their organisation. After a successful Pilot of OPX, the software is now being rolled out across all of their loans processing centres.
BPO services cater to the requirements of major global insurers by offering end-to-end portfolio management services across property and casualty (commercial and personal lines), life, pensions and annuities. OPX has significantly improved their workflows and productivity, as well as their ability to automate tasks, modernise legacy system interfaces and create frameworks to enable continuous improvement.

is a leading wholesale provider of reinsurance, insurance and other insurance-based forms of risk transfer.
