We are pleased to announce that we will be attending the Customer Strategy and Planning Conference 2017 conference on 24th and 25th April in Harrogate. The conference is organised by The Forum – Champions of Best Practice and Professional Development in Customer Contact.

We are looking forward to meeting some 650 delegates and hope that the event will provide us with inspiration and insight through the Innovation Award finalist case studies, keynote presentations, workshops and technology showcases.

We’re excited about the networking opportunities that the event will provide, meeting other leaders and sharing ideas around the table.

The conference will provide delegates the perfect opportunity to view the latest features of OPX – our award-winning, back office workforce optimisation tool, as we will be holding live demos throughout the event at our stand.

In combination with the above, our experts will also be open to discussion about business process optimisation, workplace productivity and back office performance. We will be offering guidance, industry insight and the latest on robotics and automation.
