Chair
Elizabeth is an award-winning tech entrepreneur and the pioneer of the back-office technology market – now valued at over $3 billion. She previously established EG Solutions PLC – a back-office workforce management company now used in over 50 countries worldwide. She sold the company to Verint in 2017.
Since then, she has acted as an angel investor and advisor to tech startups, sharing her experience and expertise to help them grow and scale their businesses.
Elizabeth has been highly awarded for her contributions to the technology industry. She was previously named one of The Telegraph’s ‘Most Disruptive Women’, a ‘Top 50 Women in Technology’, and the ‘Women of the Year – Outstanding Contribution to Technology’. She was awarded an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List in 2012.

CEO
With more than twenty years of experience in IT software and professional services, Alex is a world-renowned sales strategy expert.
He has delivered successful IT solutions across multiple sectors, including financial, health, education, government bodies, and commercial enterprises. He previously held the position of Sales Director at DataCAD LLC and Managing Director of the ISI Group.
As CEO, Alex will steer CMS through our next exciting growth stages, including our plans to expand our operations overseas.
Chief Architect
Graham is an internationally renowned innovator of business process modelling and information technology, with an esteemed reputation across major consultancy enterprises.
Previously, he was a director of Sherwood International PLC and the architect behind process modelling and business rules systems in financial services and central government.
With an extensive background in building successful software solutions both on premises and cloud, Graham utilised all his expertise, knowledge, and insights to found CMS in 2008. In doing so, he has created a platform that helps drive businesses productivity and efficiencies and is continually innovating adding new customer benefits every release.
CTO
Peter has spent over two decades as an integral part of the CMS team, beginning as a Technical Architect before being appointed CTO in 2018.
Peter has extensive experience in software and database development and architecture, with deep expertise in innovating in process modelling, workflow systems, and the design and development of software tools.
He previously worked for Sherwood International PLC, SunGard Financial Services, and PwC as a consultant helping improve efficiency in financial services customers.
CFO
As a chartered accountant James brings seasoned financial acumen and commercial SME expertise to his role as CFO at CMS.
Outside of CMS he currently acts as a non-exec to a number of SMEs including guiding a number of tech companies to equity investment or exit. As the founder of Whale Rock in 2004, James established a highly successful professional services group, which he sold to Capita plc in 2012.
A seasoned strategist in both private and public markets, James has been instrumental in securing investment from Maven Capital Partners & the FSE Group, positioning CMS for transformational growth.
